The Ultimate 1 improvement process continues…

 This ‘April 2024’ update includes:

Firmware Upgrades

- discontinued support of the legacy external zoom, focus and iris motors

- added firmware support for Tilta Nucleus M lens motors for zoom, focus & iris

- added firmware support for Tilta torque setting via touch screen

- added firmware support for SBUS/DBUS control of gimbal pan, tilt & roll (Ronin, Movi)

- tweaked detection/performance settings for Stanton Joysticks (Type 1)

- tweaked detection/performance settings for Stanton Modified Joysticks (Type 3)

- finer adjustment of zoom trim/creep range (from +-10 to +-25 with finer increments)

- sped up program loop/execution speed by 3x (from 33ms to 11.1ms) (quicker response)

- changed real time status screen focus and iris output numbers to match the Tilta motor position display (0-999)

Send your Control & Head module to us, then we’ll:

• Load the latest new processor firmware in each system and update the touch screen firmware
• Wire & install a 7 pin LEMO female chassis connector for Tilta motor connection
• Provide a 40” 7 pin LEMO to 7 pin LEMO motor extension cable
• Wire & install a XLR 4 pin mini male chassis connector for gimbal connection

Optional Hardware – Now Available

- Tilta Nucleus M lens motors for zoom, focus & iris (or you can purchase direct from Tilta) $300

- 15mm rod with video lens side mounting bracket for motor(s) $80

- Add a jack to the rear of the control module and include roll control knob with cable $200
