You'll need to remove your head cables in order to free up the axle for removal. This upgrade takes about 2 hours to perform with an Allen wrench set and snap ring tool. Replace your inner pan axle and shaft collar with a lighter 'threaded' anodized black aluminum one with stainless steel screw. Kit includes the two parts shown in photo.
